Vivas & Vivas Law Office is a full-service Manila-based law firm anchored in civil and criminal litigation — with a particular focus on family law — and a dedicated banking and regulatory practice. We combine a founding partner's four decades at the intersection of law, finance, and regulation with a junior partner's versatile, courtroom-tested litigation experience.

A lawyer and Certified Public Accountant with more than four decades of professional experience spanning law practice, forensic and financial consulting, banking, regulation, auditing, and financial institution management. His work integrates legal analysis with accounting and regulatory insight across complex financial and commercial matters, in both Philippine and international settings — including litigation, regulatory supervision, financial investigations, and institutional governance.
